      Pros

      Love the work, people, management and clients. I would be hard pressed to find a better situation. Been here over 16 years.

      Cons

      Mild growing pains, but management has an open mind and willing to make changes. Just got 401K in place after 15 years.

      Cons

      management started out great, but then went down hill fast. Parent company was not in Ca and constantly made HR errors for Ca labor laws.
