Pros
The Pros I used to have are no longer pros! 100% do not recommend
Cons
My used to be pros included: competitive salary, fully remote, flexibility and bonuses. Boy was that all a lie!! When I was recruited I was promised flexibility, 5% raises and bonuses as well as fully remote opportunity (otherwise I would not have accepted this job). All within a year I found that the raises only range from 2-3%, the bonuses 2-4%. The flexibility really depends on the team you get to work on. I asked countless times during the interview process for a specific work schedule and that was taken away. They say “your salary” so as long as the work is done you should have no issues. Yet you have to clock your time worked and have at least minimum of 8 hours each day and 6 hours have to be billable (depending on your level). But then they expect you to work lots of overtime with no additional pay because your salary. Then when hired it was 100% remote, that’s how I was hired on and then at the end of the year right before Christmas they decide they are no longer remote but hybrid and that would be fine if they weren’t an hour commute away! If I can give you an advice this is not a job for anyone with a family or home life that actually wants to do more than just work to death!
