Flexibility, teamwork, promote within, teamwork, friendly.
Cons
pay may be lower than corporate, but obvious since this is outsourcing. Benefits a bit expensive. Medical Higher tier is almost $500 per pay period. There is no longer a contribution to HSA by employer. Used to be $1000 per family.
