Pros
Positive culture - People are kind, helpful, and genuine. I feel I can be myself and the majority of colleagues are inclusive and open minded. Management - My experience with management has been great. Managers listen to employee concerns, encourage taking breaks and putting health first. Micromanaging is not an issue here either - I feel I am trusted to get the job done correctly. Benefits - Excellent 401k match, stock options, and health insurance. There are many health plans to choose from so employees can select what is best for them and their family. Pet insurance, legal insurance, and other benefits are also offered. Great employee assistance program as well. Generous PTO and sick leave. Employees are actually encouraged to take time off Flexible - You can work from home, work from the office, or a mix of both. Work-life balance - as mentioned above, time off offered is generous and you’re encouraged to use it. You can also flex your hours if you have to work around other responsibilities such as appointments, childcare, etc Growth opportunities- You’re encouraged to try other positions and get promoted
Cons
There are not many downsides, but no place is perfect. I do wish the base salary was a little bit higher. This is the only reason I give Aon 4 instead of 5 stars (if I could I’d give 4.5)
