Pros
Questionable middle management but non management staff is wonderful. Great place if you came out of their program, or has been there a long time.
Cons
No structure, just being it mentality. Middle management aren't professional, spend too much time gossiping. No proper training if you don't go through their college grad program. No management accountability, they take your glory but shame you publicly when things go wrong.
