-Work is fast paced -benefits of working at a huge corporation
Cons
-Working here is all about who you know, not how smart you are -The inter departmental politics are insane and there is no continuity between practice groups -Pay is terrible, significantly lower than market value -Tenure with the company isn't rewarded -old boys club, no diversity and barely any opportunities for women -slow moving corporate machine, if you want change, expect it to take years -Slow career progression -HR unresponsive -Values are not upheld -morale is low as all good employees leave ~1 year in
