Pros
Pays money. Flexible hours depending on manager. Just typing more so I can submit
Cons
This company is a trap. They recruit out of college and immediately get you started on completely mindless work and building non transferable skills. You will be the stupidest you've ever been in your life if you don't build you skills outside of the job. Now this isn't by accident - when when it comes time for a promotion, they point to your meager skill base and say you are not they are looking for in higher level positions. Other companies know this too. Aon keeps titles under lock and key so you don't have something to leverage into another position at another company that develops it's employees. Want to move up quickly in Aon? Do NOT work hard, make friends and then work somewhere else. After two years come back and become an "experienced veteran of the industry".
