Pros
The people are pleasant and the work is challenging and exciting. Many opportunities to work with both local teams and teams in other offices. If you're willing to put in the effort the opportunities to grow are endless.
Cons
Onboarding and training process is lacking. For new colleagues you're almost expected to figure everything out yourself. It's good to figure out some pieces on you're own but without formal training integration into the team is slow.
