Joining AnyVan has been one of the best decisions in my career. The business is very transparent about current performance and future goals. Everyone, from CEO to Support level is very approachable and helpful which makes it a very easy environment to transition into. The above mentioned open door policy creates an environment where feedback is welcomed and employees are able to provide suggestions on process improvements. The business is visibly working on improving their employee experience, which is super exciting for future joiners.
Cons
Business is operating with a start up mentality at times and needs to become more strategic in their way of doing things. The above can at times lead to a reactive nature as opposed to being proactive which does cause some frustration among staff.
