      Pros

      You make some good friends.

      Cons

      Lack of any direction. Some of management are shocking. Only care about making money at all costs. HR non existent.

      Hi, Thanks for your review. We are happy you were able to meet some new friends during your time at AV. I apologise if, at the time, there was no HR in place as we were currently trying to place this role, but finding it difficult hence the gap. I have joined in October and can assure you HR is now back in existence. We are in a massive growth period which has proven direction and we hope to continue in doing so by ensuring our employees and managers are consistently trained to keep up productivity as well as constantly improving our employee satisfaction levels.       You get paid. Other than that, you won’t have any spare time.

      Cons

      You will not have any time to have a life. God forbid you get sick - if you’re sick, you will get a warning. Be weary. If you value your mental health… stay away.

      Pros

      A bit of flexibility in your schedule, as in, you choose it beforehand with time. Pay is weekly and on time. Computer issues happen and they're quite understanding about it.

      Cons

      A lot of the things you deal with isn't covered in training and you're pretty much stuck asking coworkers for help which is very troublesome especially because sometimes the only people that can help aren't around and messing up can easily end up costing the customer a lot of money, so you have to be very careful.
