Pros

Working at AnyVan has been exciting and motivating since day one. The environment is fast-paced and demanding, but in a way that pushes you to grow and perform at your best. The company genuinely recognises hard work — whether through daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly awards. Even small gestures like surprise chocolates or energy drinks show appreciation and help keep morale high. It’s refreshing to work for a company that cares about employee wellbeing while also rewarding performance. If you’re proactive and willing to put yourself out there, there’s real opportunity to develop and stand out. I began in Customer Service and was promoted into Operations within two months due to my performance. It reinforced that the company genuinely recognises effort and creates progression opportunities when you prove yourself.

Cons

The role can be demanding, and the fast-paced environment may not suit everyone. There is healthy competition across the board, which can add pressure at times. It’s not your standard 9–5 job. You may find yourself working extra hours when needed to meet targets and put the work in. Resilience, commitment, and a strong work ethic are essential to thrive here.

Pros

You get paid. Other than that, you won’t have any spare time.

Cons

You will not have any time to have a life. God forbid you get sick - if you’re sick, you will get a warning. Be weary. If you value your mental health… stay away.

Pros

A bit of flexibility in your schedule, as in, you choose it beforehand with time. Pay is weekly and on time. Computer issues happen and they're quite understanding about it.

Cons

A lot of the things you deal with isn't covered in training and you're pretty much stuck asking coworkers for help which is very troublesome especially because sometimes the only people that can help aren't around and messing up can easily end up costing the customer a lot of money, so you have to be very careful.
