Pros
People are great, flat structured with no egos or hierachy. Super dynamic and it is typical scale up culture you need to get your sleeves rolled up regardless of level and you're not going to be working 9-5 every day but there's some super interesting projects to work on and the people are great. It's a good laugh, with great people and interesting work and the company is growing, which is great. Lots of opportunities if you're delivering and performing well. Also have fee breakfast, lots of socials and quarterly awards which are really nice and cash prizes are given. Also annual awards where you get to go skiing if you win.
Cons
None at all - you just need to be ready to work hard, deliver and enjoy lots of change and continually looking to make things better.
