      Free food. Useless jokes at lunch time.

      Cons

      Forceful work from office in pandemic(if not worked from office then you will definitely loose your job). You can loose your job anytime without reason. Higher management people doesn't even know how to behave professionally. Nepotism at peak. No value for your efforts. Worst work life balance.
