Always get to work on latest Microsoft Technologies with agile model and lot of scope for learning and implementing new technological solutions.No Management but pure technical development.Very Employee Friendly.Working From Home Option is also available.
Cons
This is just an ODC and losely tied to the parent company which is Moxie.No scope for growing in non technical like management etc.
