Pros
Flexibility with hours and good pay, is probably the only thing that comes to mind, and great parking. The Cafeteria that ITT let's them use is okay.
Cons
For Quality and the GMP production, everything seems to be stuck in the past for 20 years as a start-up. A lot of equipment is almost older than you, so unless you work in research or development you might have a rough time. Also, there was some conflicts of interests in the group structures and very outdated processes there. I also found out my higher up got their position because they were the only one left at one time and had been there forever so they got that position and it really showed. I clashed with their other analysts because they didn't understand that they were performing processes wrong, and they were very against working with QA which I have never heard of before when working in QC. It just seems the business does not care for the Quality divisions.
