Pros
My experience with Antenna over the years has been overwhelmingly positive and has gotten progressively better over time. Antenna is a fast-paced agency that’s actively growing and evolving. That can be uncomfortable at times, especially if you prefer a very predictable or static environment. For me, that pace has meant opportunity, learning, and exposure to meaningful work.
The leadership team has demonstrated themselves to be approachable, fair, and genuinely invested in doing right by people. Communication and management styles may not resonate with everyone, but in my experience, my coworkers are thoughtful, professional, and never unkind. There are teams and processes in place to manage workloads and priorities, and while agency life can be busy, I've seen a concerted effort to distribute work fairly and adjust when things get heavy.
Antenna also offers a generous time-off policy and encourages people to actually use it. I’ve consistently seen managers and leadership support flexibility when people need it, which matters a lot in a demanding industry.
Cons
As Antenna continues to grow and evolve, not everything is perfectly smooth all the time. New processes, structures, and ways of working take time to fully settle, and there can be moments of ambiguity while things are refined. That evolution is thoughtful and intentional, but it can feel a bit bumpy along the way. The pace and constant improvement mindset aren’t for everyone.
