Pros

- People genuinely care about one another and take real pride in what they do. - The leaders in Operations and Finance are among the best I’ve ever worked with. - The culture is casual and laid-back, yet there’s a strong focus on excellence in both work and products they produce. - I’ve personally seen the difference the products make — they’re high quality and have truly improved my pets’ health and longevity. - I joined Antelope in 2023, and it’s been a ride! Like many fast-growing startups, we’ve seen ups and downs - from hopeful beginnings to one of the toughest stretches in my career - but the turnaround has been incredible. After some key staffing changes and strong ELT hires, I’m so happy I stuck it out.

Cons

- Still figuring out the best processes and techology solutions to streamline resonsibilities. However, this just means opportunitiy to make an impact.

Pros

Antelope is one of those rare companies where the mission isn’t just marketing language it actually guides day-to-day decisions. Everyone here, from leadership to new hires, genuinely cares about making pets’ lives better and building something meaningful in the pet space. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and human. People are kind. Leaders are accessible. Feedback is encouraged and respected. You’re surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who want to do great work and help you do the same. Benefits are generous medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, flexible PTO, and stipends that make remote work easier. The “pet perks” are icing on the cake. It’s a place that balances ambition with heart, and that combination makes coming to work feel rewarding.

Cons

It’s a lean and fast-moving environment, so you have to be adaptable. Priorities shift quickly as the company grows, and you’ll wear multiple hats. But if you like variety, ownership, and learning by doing, it’s energizing rather than stressful.
