Company is still going through a lot of changes since they have acquired two manufacturing companies in Houston. A lot of implement changes and reasoning have been made but doesn't seem to settle in yet. There also seems to be a quick turn over rate in the manufacturing department.

Friendly place to work and the work environment was safe and pleasant for the most part.

They were not interested in an effective QMS. Their only concern was to pass their API audits. There was no real upper management support and unless you was one of the good old boys, you did'nt get any support.
