Very stressful, feels like everyday is a deadline

1. If you resign before the end of the probation period, the company claims they will not pay your wages. 2. The workload is impossible to complete within 8 hours. There is no overtime pay, and management will simply blame your lack of ability. 3. Working on weekends is expected, with no compensation at all. 4. Serious issues exist within the management team, including poor communication and lack of professionalism.
