The culture if great here. I've worked many different jobs, but this is by far the best one. I was new to this type of work, but they train well and will teach you all you need to know. They seem to genuinely care about their employees and of course pets! I think the pay is good, and this is a company I look forward growing my career with. **Side note- they have cool little things at my location like black boards you can write on with positive messages and birthday mentions for the month. They also do little things for the holidays as well which is nice.
