Fair pay and perks - the Leadership really does go above and beyond to ensure pay for performance; Respectful Teams - everyone is positive, encouraging and willing to help; Great Culture - Inclusiveness is a strong thread; the people value differing opinions as contributing to growth, not a challenge to status quo.
Cons
Pre-Covid -> work life balance, but as a result of remote work, we've all become more agile and the Leadership has noticed. They're making it easier for us to find balance.
