AnswerConnect is not a good company for people that don't want a heavy workload. The pace is fast, but the rewards are good if you can keep up.

All calls are scripted. The capability to help those calling is entirely up to the tools provided by the customer. Some companies just funnel calls to the answering service so they can ignore problems.
