      Pros

      The team is very supportive and approachable. People are willing to help and take the time to explain things, so it’s easy to ask questions and learn. Since the company is still growing, you get to see and understand different parts of the business, from technical sales and sourcing to regulatory work, which makes the job varied and interesting. It’s a collaborative environment where ideas are heard, and you’re given the chance to take responsibility early on.

      Cons

      The pace can be quite fast, especially when you’re still finding your feet. Some processes are still being developed as the company grows, so things can change or take a bit of figuring out. The small team means there’s a lot of involvement in different areas, which is a good learning experience but can also be demanding at times.

      decent pay and good perks diverse team and most people are friendly good career progression if you are willing to put in the work

      not for you if you don't want to work in a startup environment can be stressful in the office 4 times/week if you are in Leeds
