Pros

It had decent pay and benefits and most of the team was very hard working and got a long well. It's a subsidiary of Interpublic, so all of the pros and cons of being part of a 30,000+ employee advertising agency.

Cons

Very high expectations of all employees. The company was lacking growth, which put a lot of pressure on the wrong people to deliver miracles. It had a high turnover for a small staff and as is in most agencies, when business dries up, the staff gets the boot.

Pros

The company allowed you to do any things that are necessary to make you and team succeed without too much of interruption or interference. The management works hard to say yes to most business proposals that are good for the company, and most personal requests that are good for the workers. For example, workers can flexibly schedule time so he/she can take sick kid to doctors office without taking a PTO.

Cons

Less micro management tend to lead less monitoring. Problems are sometimes left unsolved. Unsolved problems under the carpet will rot and start to smell - happened a few times. It was too often the hardest working people worked even harder and stayed much longer to clean up the mess, but they got no reward.

Cons

Upper management is too detached from workers No clear roles Communications left up to mid-level managers who may, or may not know what's going on.
