Pros

- Payroll get processed on time. - Employment benefits that are on par with local companies, not MNC level. - Office is very empty as a lot of people have started WFH since COVID but highly dependent on your bosses requirement. - Annual employment engagement survey,

Cons

- Work life balance is at worse for employees that are capable. - Two restructuring within 5 years. - Top management, especially those hired right before COVID does not drive decision nor do they make decisions during discussion or meeting. - Poor accountability and ownership culture hence people could get away with bad decisions easily. - DEI is only for certain regions though claimed as global initiative. E.g. APAC are treated secondary to EMEA or NA when it comes to cross-region or country meetings. This means that APAC will need to stay up late as there are more stringent employment act in EMEA & NA.

Pros

Good products. name recognition, history

Cons

Stay away from this company if you want job security. It is effectively managed by financial people out of Brussels who have no regard for anyone personally. They just see you as an expense to be gotten rid, should business conditions change (usually as a result of them not having foresight) They have way too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Everyone is some kind of business unit manager (marketing, etc), all sucking down big salaries, while not putting enough investment in field resources to sustain the company against multiple competitive threats, all of whom asre less expensive. They can hire you today, you can perform well, and still be let go in a few months because some divisions other that yours; did not perform well, and "we are all in this together" If you go to work here, just make sure your resume is always up to date, and you are ready to change jobs at a moment's notice. They lure you in with attractive pay (much higher than competitors), but there's a cost that comes with that, and the cost is never feeling secure. Theirpoor management takes care of itself at the HQ level, but has screwed up a number of people's lives with their constant "re-structuring"...
