Pros
They have a decent Benefits Package, which is required because your mental health will go down the drain in a hurry.
Cons
Upper Management is next to useless and has no idea what they are doing, let alone what other "leaders" in the organization are doing. Such a mess, that a CDN MD came on and left within 6 months after understanding how poorly run the company is. There is blatant financial incentives to hire women and minorities, even if not qualified, because it helps SHV (parent company) check a box.
