My co-workers, team atmosphere, fun environment, work/life balance and tremendous pride in the Company. I'm so glad I can say I worked for this Company in the "good old days" when it had leadership that cared about it's employees! Knowing I'm not alone in how I feel now about the Company since the restructure. Now the restructure is over and were going through the transition, no longer having to hear our CEO say we are a "good" Company, not a "great" Company!
Cons
Now you're "just a number", absolutely no on-going communication during the 6 month restructure and realignment, no employee feedback requested until after their slashing of employees. A larger workload for the same rate of pay - as raises were not handed out this year (2013) and 93% of Bonus. Interesting that the HR Executive just left us for WestJet... could this because "her work here is done" and time to restructure WestJet or she didn't see a very bright future ahead within our Company?
