      Pros

      -More flexible management style with an emphasis on transparency as a result of the acquisition with the Dalton Agency. This point is important because the other significantly negative reviews are less relevant because of new ownership. -More variety of clients and work than before -Small, but very strong and communicative team -Open to exploration and new technologies -Recognition is given to teams / individuals for accomplishments when it wasn't really a consideration in the past. -The culture is still developing, but it is much better now compared to how the company was run with the previous owner

      Cons

      -Emphasis on work/life balance could be more of a focus for management, but there is movement in that direction.

      Pros

      - Wonderful clients that are fun to work with as well as great resume-boosters - Most of the team are great people who are good at theyre jobs - Company wellness/gym membership perk is nice if you're into that - Opportunities for financial bonuses when the company is doing well

      Cons

      - Owner/president of company is manipulative and abusive to his employees. Yells, uses foul and demeaning language, constantly berates employees about both big things (client work) and little things (clothing choices). Is not comfortable giving any power to his management/VP team. - Work/life balance is not a thing here. Your time belongs to the company - including your weekends, your mornings and your nights. - Constant pressure on employees means frequent emotional breakdowns at work. Lots of yelling, crying, and storming out. - Employee turnover is frequent.
