There is a tip pool, I consistently made much less than what I was actually tipped, sometimes more than 50 percent They give tips out in shares, so even if you worked hard, they might give your shares to other people The chef is like one of those mean celebrity chefs throwing food and temper tantrums There are no reservations sometimes and you'll get sent home, might work two shifts a week
