Cons
The president of the company is involved in even the smallest tasks at this place. The purchasing department is run by her 2.0 and both are awful micromanagers. I was never provided adequate training and always told what I was doing wrong but not how to fix it. I can count 3 times that I did something right and was told so in the year I was employed. At the end of my employment, I had an emotional conversation with my direct boss who told me that we would have more training, would work together, and that everything was fine. 5 days later I walked in for work and was fired on the spot with no reason, no exit interview, and my boss went completely no contact. A month prior my colleague quit out of the blue and was suing the company based on being forced to get the COVID booster.
