      Pros

      Animation Mentor has become smaller and removed several layers of extra management allowing for more agility. It can be a very fun place to work. Animation mentor has an excellent customer focus that can lead to a sense of fulfillment.

      Cons

      The majority of management and in particular the CEO share a lack of professionalism. They have very little clear direction. The CEO makes very damaging emotional and "fan-boysish" decisions that should be logistically simple. The 'touchy feely" nature of the company can get very overwhelming at times.

      Pros

      Creative, collaborative, committed to the students and alumni, great team support and deep relationships formed, and autonomy. Micromanagement didn't exist, there was trust placed in you to do your job, and always had the resources to do the job. Worked in early 2010s.

      Cons

      Long hours but worked out because everyone was committed to the purpose and products delivered.

      Pros

      Working with amazing people from many different backgrounds and skills. Everyone is there to help push the art of animation, and to help the next generation of animators succeed.

      Cons

      No real issues with AM.
