      -Get free beer -flexible working hours -can do nothing and still get paid, all you need to do is just pass it down and add a "FYI"

      Cons

      - A culture that hires inexperience people for AD or D roles - A culture that is lazy and has no value add -Demanding with lots of powerpoints to do - No work life balanced

      Pros

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.

      I wish the team was bigger
