Pros
Its a great way to get your life stable if your just starting out. Pay and benefits are ok. Working for a big name company helps down the line when you want to further your career.
Cons
Very unprofessional. Hr is deplorable. Turn over rate is at an alltime high including managment. Safety is often over looked. Lots of injuries. No room for growth within the company. Treats employees badly. Lots of favoritism. If the dont care for you even if you are a great worker. It doesnt matter. Hostile work environment. Over worked because Hr wont hire people always under staffed and overworked.
