Nothing good about the company

They will make you work maximum and pay you minimum. They wont value you and your work. Timings are pathetic No holidays Not a good payscale Always trys to trick their employees with cunning words

The only thing you can learn here is how to save yourself from people ready to exploit you in this real world of business . for EDOOFA, you are a machine, they pay absolutely no respect to anyone, zero activities or work culture, zero ammenties as an employ. one of the examples of how they fool and manipulate everyone is right here in the very first review, posted on glassdoor itself. It is mentioned in the "cons" section: "The management should be strict to implement rules when employees report late or do not abide by the office timings and it's culture." now tell me who would say this as an employ?? instructing the management to be strict?? they already have a biometric for the late entry, it's a jail from 11-8pm plus saturdays working, they take life away from you, and such good reviews are written by the trainees only please don't spoil your future here, find something else.

everything 1) less minimum salary 2) they take you as a trainee and say they will upgrade your position if you perform good, while there is no promotion till 6 months at least, till that you keep on getting "10k" per month, which is way too less for living a quality life. 3) small working space, no area for recreational activities (there are none of the activities though, apart from the 2 hour motivational speech from founder, where he is self contradicting) 4) treat you like a slave- ZERO respect, they don't even respect each other 5) working saturdays and they disturb you even on sundays. 6) zero learning clerical work in the name of sales.
