      Nothing, they're horrible and lying

      I was hired as a permanent full time employee they changed my contract without telling me then when called out they at first denied anything then tried to brush it off like it was no big deal.

      Pros

      It’s rewarding to work for an organisation where people are genuinely caring and kind. The flexibility of the hybrid model is important to me, allowing me to work two days in the office and three days from home.
