Sales reps are expendable no matter if you’re a top rep or a subpar rep. The company has been sued so many times that they are paranoid about additional lawsuits and bad publicity. Therefore the tiniest infraction, where malicious intent is obviously not present, can lead to termination. Instances that anywhere else, and in the past at ANGI, would have been coachable and teachable moments can now lead to immediate termination, completely skipping verbal, written and final warning protocol. Again, this is in reference to instances that are obviously outside the realm of gross misconduct.
