What I appreciate most about LaSalle is the attention they give. They make it their business to cater to each employee, I never felt unappreciated or overwhelmed. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. Also there is SO MUCH OPPURTUNITY TO GROW here! I'm constantly motivated to put my best foot forward because hard work does pay off here. I plan to stick with LaSalle for the long run!

The work load can be a little overwhelming but overall there's a good support system here.
