In an environment where everyone feels hopeful about the future of the game and themselves, you too might feel the need to be hopeful. After a while, you start to believe in this reality.

You are working in a company managed by a single person, where a manager injects false hope into the employees individually. The truly terrible thing, with no real positives to mention, is that this manager has a manipulation strategy of convincing everyone in individual conversations that everything is fine. I worked without receiving any salary for almost six months, but there were employees in much worse situations than me.
