      Lots of parking. No uniform.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional, no communication skills amongst any of the teams. If you’re buddy buddy with management you get away with treating people like crap. It’s all about Favoritism. There’s no structure at this job and it’s ridiculous how much drama exists at the place. No leadership or structure in the warehouse. Lots of lazy workers. People get away with doing little to no work out there and make others compensate. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here.

      Pros

      Small team (mostly female) working together to create the next biggest baby and children's wear and accessories brands in fun and collaborate way.

      Cons

      Like most companies in the last few years, working from home can be a good thing as well as a hard to navigate thing. Fortunately, Angel Dear does a great job in keeping in touch with all team members to keep the machine going strong.
