Matrix Management Reporting was confusing at times

The workload at Anexsys is continually varied, with no two days being the same. Some days you're solving a complex issues raised by a client, another day you may be doing something much simpler like helping export documents ready for the Repro team to print. There are so many services Anexsys offer - eDisclosure, forensics, cell site, software development etc - that no matter what your skillset, technical ability or interests, you're sure to find something that you enjoy. The best bit about the job is the people I work with. I have some wonderful colleagues and the atmosphere in the office is very much 'work hard play hard'. It's great to have several offices and still build relationships with other colleagues through our internal chat system. I really appreciate the lack of 'red tape' and the direct contact I have with clients. I have worked hard to be in the position I am and I appreciate that my opinion is valued by the Directors and I'm able to make decisions myself about how best to service my clients.

Sometimes the working hours are long and it can be tiring to continually be ready for the needs of a clients. I always like to try to think ahead in situations like this as it never lasts too long; the industry is very much peaks and troughs and although it may be one tough week with lots of extra hours, it's unlikley the next week will be like that.
