      - Work with smart people, until they burnout and leave

      Cons

      - Insane work life balance - Expected to be available at all times. You get a work phone at least, but you will often be messaged and expected to respond at ridiculous times. Management and even other employees paint people who are unwilling to put up with this as not having enough "drive" - Everything is always "on fire" and high priority, very chaotic atmosphere

      Pros

      Great pay for the most part, and the engineers are awesome.

      Cons

      When something is too good to be true, it’s too good to be true for a reason. I would not accept this job on contract unless you are unemployed, don’t consider it if you are employed. The company is growing and having leadership level changes in the TA realm and boy you can tell. Your job is NOT safe on contract and is not a guarantee to go even 6 months. Everyone is extremely lax and chill on the interviews and the pay is great isn’t it?? Well that’s alll a facade, no matter if you’re doing well or not.
