I'm part of the sales proposal team and interacting regularly with the engineering and project management teams. I'm reporting to a fantastic, experienced and competent manager with a remarkable human touch. My colleagues in the sales were very supportive and always ready to help and guide me. I worked with all engineering teams except the R&D. Overall, they are very competent and supportive. Their respective managers appreciate the hard work and the sense of ownership. The Project management team has seasoned PMs who know the industry in and out. If you want to have an impact in the energy transition the world is going through now, then your work will make all sense here. You'll be contributing to upgrades of existing Hydro Generating Stations to make them more efficient. You will also be working on new installations in collaboration with the ANDRITZ Pointe-Claire team and the US. Job security in the current context is a big advantage in ANDRITZ as the company operates in a very stable and growing industry.
