Knowledgeable coworkers, good pay, good place to work

The only cons would be that sometimes in home visits you would be in a less than desirable environment

Flexible with days off and good retirement.

Constantly changing around your clients and where you drive. Use of your own vehicle for job with mileage reimbursed. Having to continue to sit with clients that are completely unresponsive and it takes months for those to be dropped. Supervisors tell you one thing and then change again in the near future. Overload of clients that you have to work with.
