Pros
I have been working at Anderson Process for almost four years. During this time, I have seen this company double its size and I am glad I have been part of it. Growth always comes with certain pains including adaptability and changes, however; I have closely watched upper management evolve, improve and adopt new policies to benefit employees. There are great career opportunities, a continuous supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people and excellent training programs.
Cons
No company is perfect. As far as I'm concerned, the pros far outweigh any cons.
