      Work there is cool and learning the ins and outs you get out of there.

      Cons

      It’s completely bias if you aren’t willing too play along in there cesspool you will find yourself out the door faster then you were hired.

      Working for Andersen has changed the way I think about work. I enjoy what I do. Management listens. I love it. I never want to work for anyone else.

      Sometimes I find we get in our own way.

      Great company culture, very laid back. Great work-life balance.

      There is room for growth, but climbing up the ladder isn't always easy or simple.
