Great pay, sometimes co-workers are in a good mood.
Cons
60 hour work weeks in the busy time of year. Supervisors don’t care about what you have going on. Enjoy weekends off? Don’t work here, they give you the line “oh, you’ll work SOME overtime...maybe a Saturday shift a year.” That’s a lie. Last year I worked 7 Saturday nights. If you don’t have a family, significant other or kids to spend time with and you are just looking to make some money then you won’t mind working at ANDERSEN.
