Pros
I fully stand behind our CEO's statement: a name from the past, a firm for the future. We are growing, and with that comes some pains. But we have made stellar progress since our founding, in client base, global expansion, women's initiatives, parental guidance, benefits, community outreach...the list goes on. I think people who don't truly strive to be the best, may find easier companies to cruise through. I'm not saying it's difficult to work here (I've worked at larger competing firms), but we can always tell someone who's here for a resume builder versus one who's in it for the long haul. We have a great culture here. This is very office specific, which is great. When I visit other AT offices, it's amazing the welcoming effect the people have on me. This is truly a world class company, and offers a world class employment opportunity. Lastly, we have an amazingly responsive IT helpdesk. Downtime is minimal (VPN might be exception;)).
Cons
- As I understand, only managers and above can get standing desks - Sometimes difficult to work with the VPN (remote) - Training with respect to Biz Dev - _________________________ (you fill in...can't think of anything else)
