Pros
Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) is known for recruiting smart, successful people. The projects I worked on gave me a great foundation for my career in IT. Being an alumni of AC has contributed to my highly successful job search.
Cons
Although the projects were great, the travel was not. AC tried their best to achieve work balance, but in the end, the project needs exceeded my ability to travel and I decided to resign. Additionally, at the time, AC was not yet great at how to handle an experienced hire. I started post-MBA and at times, reported to someone who was just a couple of years out of college.
