Pros

Good entry-level positions to learn a lot of information

Cons

Leadership as a whole needs an intensive seminar on how to approach employees. The company cannot retain anyone mature enough to not have an escalation because they run after the facade is lifted. Their senior employees are trapped because the system is designed to keep them happy. The owners are completely out of touch and cannot adapt to modern work rhythms. They micromanage and push people out who “underperform”, but can’t define underperforming. Rules are changed to fit the day and circumstance, leaving everything to question and no security.

I’m glad to hear that you found the company a great place to learn information. We want to provide our employees with the ability to learn new things and develop their skills. We do expect our employees to meet performance metrics, and those metrics do change from time to time as we are constantly striving to provide excellent service to our clients and travel clinicians. I’d love to talk with you about your experience and hear suggestions you have as to how we could improve our communication with employees.

Pros

Great coworkers some the recruiters really wanted to see you win same with one of the managers

Cons

The company provides an introduction to the recruitment staffing industry, but the environment is extremely high-pressure and competitive. There is a high turnover rate, and employees can be let go very quickly, sometimes on the spot. Performance expectations and goals are not always clearly established, which can make it difficult to understand what success looks like in the role. While it may work well for people who thrive in a very aggressive sales culture, it may not be the best fit for those looking for stability, support, or long-term development.
