Pros
I enjoyed working here because they provide you with a laptop and the compensation is good. It's fully remote so you will work with people from all over the world. They offer lots of incentives as well. Every single person I interacted with was highly educated, professional, and very supportive. The company and its leaders do not hesitate to provide you with all of the tools you need to achieve one's goals.
Cons
I had a great training manager but the position asks a lot of you. You have to figure out a lot of stuff on your own kinda like building a bike while riding it in that respect. You'll have to figure out how to work with new platforms and attend training on your own and as a result, your time and energy are zapped. You'll spend hours developing cadences, researching online, documenting your notes in spreadsheets, calling, and marketing on LinkedIn. In addition, it's a growing company so Management is still trying to figure things out. New hires were held to the same standard as well seasoned associates along with professional BDR companies that were able to utilize tools we did not have access to.
